2. Nature of services
Services offered under an approved proposal may include corporate accommodation coordination and hospitality support, company websites and marketing content, exhibition booth design and fit-out, and custom fixtures, fabrication and sourcing through execution partners. Each proposal defines the coordination, design, execution or supply scope.
General website information is not a guaranteed outcome or binding offer. Deliverables, timing, authority and responsibilities are defined in the approved proposal or contract.
3. Proposals, pricing and taxes
Because services are business-to-business and tailored to each request, pricing follows a scope review. The commercial proposal states the price in Saudi riyals, validity, payment milestones and whether VAT or other charges are included or additional. An inquiry or online form does not become an engagement until written acceptance and specified requirements are completed.
4. Execution, procurement and delivery
Timelines begin once proposal requirements are met, such as approvals, payment, site access and information. For procurement, specifications, quantities, samples or substitutes are approved in writing where applicable before ordering. Supplier availability, transport or events beyond the company's control may affect timing, and material impacts will be communicated.
Work or materials are inspected at delivery under the acceptance process set out in the proposal or contract. Visible shortages or defects should be reported within the period stated in project documents so they can be assessed and addressed.

6. Online payment

Card data is processed by a licensed payment provider and the website does not retain full card details. A successful payment confirms receipt of funds only; project commencement remains subject to the approved scope requirements.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the approved proposal or contract, particularly for custom-made or project-procured items.
7. Confidentiality, ownership and liability
Each party treats non-public project information as confidential. Pre-existing tools and methodologies remain the property of their owner, while project documents define rights to use custom deliverables. Website content and branding may not be copied without permission.
Each party's liability is subject to applicable law and the approved contract. The company is not responsible for decisions or changes made by the client or third parties outside the scope, and does not guarantee commercial outcomes affected by market conditions or other parties.
